We’re just a few farm kids who never outgrew the backroads—or the values we were raised on. Backroad Nation is more than just a brand to us. It’s a lifestyle. It’s how we were brought up. It’s how we still live today.

Scott Reinhart grew up milking cows before school, hauling hay in the heat, and learning that nothing worth having comes easy. Life on the dairy farm taught him about responsibility, patience, and the kind of work ethic that doesn’t punch a clock.

Scott Kilde also grew up surrounded by open fields, early mornings, and the quiet hum of tractors before sunrise. He knows what it means to put in a full day’s work before most people have had their second cup of coffee. The farm didn’t just raise him—it shaped him.

Todd Adams? Same deal. Raised on a farm and built with that same backbone of grit, Todd eventually hit the road—literally. He took his rural roots and built a life in trucking. Hundreds of thousands of miles later, he’s still driven by those same values he learned back home: honesty, hard work, and doing what you say you’re gonna do.

That’s who we are. And Backroad Nation is our way of giving a nod to the places and people that made us who we are. We built this brand for folks like us—the ones who don’t mind getting their hands dirty, who wave at their neighbors, who work hard, play harder, and aren’t afraid to take the long way just to enjoy the ride.
